In den 1870ern hieß es noch Aleix's Coffee House.
Dann kreierte Mixologist Cayetano Ferrer dort den Absinthe Frappe und aufgrund des Erfolgs nannte er das Café bald The Absinthe Room um später noch Mal einen neuen Namen zu erhalten.
Das Bild zeigt eine Szene auf einer weißen Oberfläche, die wahrscheinlich ein Küchentisch oder ein Bar-Setup ist.
