A friend of mine is running Minecraft through Prism Launcher, which provides Discord rich presence. But Prism Launcher is a Flatpak, so how can they get Discord to communicate with it? Anyone know?

Are the permissions not set up for it? Usually the devs do so.
You can look at those either via KDE's system settings or the app Flatseal. Easiest way to go at it would probably be to find another Flatpak app with Rich Discord Presence where it's done properly, then copy the appropriate permissions to the Prism Launcher.
