First day of school for my kids. They acted all cool yesterday but they still woke up earlier than usual. They're excited even if they don't admit it.
I am anxious too. In fact I even had trouble sleeping. My eldest is starting middle school today and my mind races worrying about the bike commuting he has to do every day and adolescence knocking at the door.
The youngest has a new teacher this year. I hope she is good.

He has different teachers and many different subjects now, soon he will need to commute alone and he shouldn't forget things 🤯
It's so hard for me too! Having attended school in another country, sometimes I get overwhelmed as well by all the formalities in the French system.
