in reply to Khrys • • •This has been the case for every cheap labor replacement attempted. Managers always think they can replace skilled workers with cheap/unpaid alternatives and fix any problems with a few skilled workers.
Never mind that it always takes longer, costs more, and results in worse output than having skilled workers in the first place.
