Non sono un esperto di diritto internazionale. Sulla base di quel che mi sembra questi sono i "diritti" delle due parti in base alla legge del mare. Il resto è propaganda. Israele ha bloccato Gaza. È un legittimo atto di guerra (capito Giorgia perché non si può bloccare la Libia?). Può intercettare in mare le navi e non sarebbe pirateria, può sequestrare le navi e i beni trasportati e non sarebbe pirateria.
Ma c'è un fattore tempo: un blocco ventennale non può non avere ripercussioni...

A group that infiltrated Microsoft’s headquarters building this week disputed the company’s account of the incident — describing their sit-in as nonviolent and saying the “listening devices” allegedly left behind were phones that fell from their pockets when they were arrested.“As Brad himself admits, if someone were to plant listening devices, this is not how they would do it,” said Hossam Nasr, one of the leaders of the group No Azure for Apartheid, referring to comments made by Microsoft President Brad Smith after seven members of the group occupied his office Tuesday afternoon. “If anything, we would like our phones back, please.”
The group, which is calling on Microsoft to cut ties with Israel over the alleged use of its technology against Palestinians in Gaza, also disputed the company’s assertion that its members do not represent elements of its workforce, and questioned the sincerity of Microsoft executives in addressing the issues the protesters have raised.

Questo Israele non lo ha mai fatto. La Sumud Flotilla nella sua dichiarata intenzione di agire attraverso la nonviolenza può aiutare a sollevare qla questione della durata del blocco e delle politiche di AMBO le parti.
Quindi quale seguito dare agli eventi è una scelta politica, come lasciare...

Questa iniziativa è dichiaratamente pro-pal e credo sia difficile per loro denunciare le rispettive responsabilità di AMBO le parti: probabilmente denunceranno solo quelle di Israele.
Proprio come quando gli alleati di Israele hanno difficoltà a denunciare le responsabilità del governo Netanyahu/BenGvir: ciascuno denuncia solo le esponsabilità dell'altro. Facile.
