Non sono un esperto di diritto internazionale. Sulla base di quel che mi sembra questi sono i "diritti" delle due parti in base alla legge del mare. Il resto è propaganda. Israele ha bloccato Gaza. È un legittimo atto di guerra (capito Giorgia perché non si può bloccare la Libia?). Può intercettare in mare le navi e non sarebbe pirateria, può sequestrare le navi e i beni trasportati e non sarebbe pirateria.
Ma c'è un fattore tempo: un blocco ventennale non può non avere ripercussioni...
al governo gente alla Ben Gvir, che non mi risulta sia un fine esegeta biblico, ma piuttosto un facinoroso membro del Kach. O quell'altro che fu pure arrestato.
