Ce qui est fou c’est que je découvre qu’il existe un train de nuit Paris Vienne depuis 4 ans, alors que j’ai littéralement *cherché* à aller à Vienne il y a quelques mois, et que j’ai abandonné parce que le site SNCF ne me proposait que des trajets délirants de 24 ou 36 heures avec 2 ou 3 correspondances.

労働組合というのは、その性質からしてそれが順調に機能していれば社会運動の中でも比較的長期的なリソースを確保しやすいものなのですが、これは組合員数にダイレクトに左右されます。
この特徴を活かし、「労働者」の権利のみならず、この社会のすべての存在と連帯し、他の権利運動と連携して社会を変革する基盤となろうとする労働運動は存在するのですが、このように社会的意識を持って活動の幅を広げようとすればするほど必要経費も嵩みます。
この一方で、例えば大企業の内部で自動的に社員から組合費を徴収可能な企業な労働組合などで、社会運動への参与には消極的であったりすれば「プール金」はどんどん積み立てられていくでしょう。
「組合員による数千万円、あるいは数億円組合費の着服」が報道されるような事例は後者のような組織で生じたことなのではないかなと推測します。
言葉が悪いかもしれませんが、組合員が自動的に入る構造の組合は活動しなければしないほど金が貯まるという面があったりします。
つまり、ゴリゴリに活動している小規模労働組合はカツカツです。
