i hit a point years ago where i lost faith in what MINASWAN really means. ostensibly it means we should all be nice, but i see it weaponized online to silence important conversation. speaking out about someone’s toxic rhetoric “isn’t nice”; it just feeds into “name calling”.
“why can’t we just focus on the technology and the code? MINASWAN!” outside of physical spaces, it feels increasingly trite to me.

If it were any quieter, we'd be looking for a librarian on every corner.
