Meet PHINN from the Pescetarian community. Affable, with a great appetite for seaweed and, strangely enough, acorns. She particularly likes to step on their tops in Autumn, listening for that delicious popping sound. Same goes for lovely dry crunchy leaves. i hit a point years ago where i lost faith in what MINASWAN really means. ostensibly it means we should all be nice, but i see it weaponized online to silence important conversation. speaking out about someone’s toxic rhetoric “isn’t nice”; it just feeds into “name calling”.
“why can’t we just focus on the technology and the code? MINASWAN!” outside of physical spaces, it feels increasingly trite to me.

When I wore a younger man's clothes, I had a pair of button-fly Levis 501s. I liked them a lot.
When I was young, most Jeans that fit my butt used to be way too loose at the waist. In those days I discovered that Levis cut for women fit my butt better. But Levis were so expensive and I was living hand to mouth, so in the '80s and '90s I only owned three pairs.
Old age has expanded my waist so now most jeans fit me fine, including ones from Primark and Costco.
