Ich bin mir nicht sicher, wie oft pauschalen Hass verbreiten schon zu einer Verbesserung beigetragen hat. Am Ende wären alle besser dran, wenn gegenseitig mehr Rücksicht genommen wird. Die bösen Autofahren gegen die immer korrekten Radfahrer bringt uns nicht weiter.
Aber das war nicht das Wesentliche, warum ich bei Falschparkern grundsätzlich von Absicht ausgehe:

Eigentlich gängig, bei Katastrophen oder zusammengebrochener Kommunikation irgendeine Nummer (möglichst mehr als 1) am Ort anzurufen und nach der Lage zu fragen. Notfalls offizielle Stellen, wie Polizei, Rathaus. So würde man als Kontrast zum bewährten Märchen-Output belegte O-Töne aus der... realen Welt bekommen.
