Eigentlich gängig, bei Katastrophen oder zusammengebrochener Kommunikation irgendeine Nummer (möglichst mehr als 1) am Ort anzurufen und nach der Lage zu fragen. Notfalls offizielle Stellen, wie Polizei, Rathaus. So würde man als Kontrast zum bewährten Märchen-Output belegte O-Töne aus der... realen Welt bekommen.
D., der noch nie davon gehört hat, dass so geprüft wurde, ob Bielefeld existiert.
