Un rapport accablant sur l’état des libertés publiques en France vient de paraître
Publié ce 25 septembre par l’Observatoire pour la protection des défenseur·es des droits humains (un programme conjoint de la FIDH et de l’Organisation mondiale contre la torture, OMCT), et la Ligue des droits de l’Homme (LDH), ce rapport dresse un constat alarmant : nos droits fondamentaux reculent à grande vitesse !
- Il est important de rappeler que, depuis des décennies, les violences policières et la répression de l'État frappent d'abord les personnes racisées et celles des quartiers populaires.
- Depuis plusieurs années, nos libertés publiques subissent une régression profonde et structurelle.
- Dissolutions administratives, lois liberticides, surveillance de masse, criminalisation des mobilisations, réduction des financements publics, stigmatisation des associations… conduisent à un étouffement grave de la société civile.
- La liberté d’association et la liberté de manifester sont attaquées de plein fouet.
Les mobilisations environnementales sont visées par la répression disproportionnée de l'Etat, ce qui confirme ce que nous vivons sur le terrain. Qu’il s’agisse de l’autoroute A69, des méga-bassines,… la réponse de l’État a été d’une violence inédite : arrestations massives, gardes à vue abusives, surveillance intrusive, usage disproportionné de la force… Autant de pratiques en totale contradiction avec les engagements internationaux de la France.
Ce rapport tombe à un moment décisif : alors que l’extrême-droite gagne du terrain en Europe et que la répression devient la norme, il est vital de mettre en lumière et de dénoncer ces dérives pour défendre les fondements mêmes de la démocratie. Quand les droits fondamentaux sont touchés à ce point, c’est toute la société qui est menacée. Nous sommes tou⋅te⋅s concerné-es et nous devons tou⋅te⋅s y résister avec force !

I need some #FedhiHelp. We have a patio umbrella that has a winch you turn to open and close. The line that runs from the winch to the umbrella broke, and unfortunately a child kept turning it until the ends were inside the shaft.
Trying to take it apart, I realized that things are held together with rivets, not screws. I want to remove some to get an endcap off, so I can access the mechanism inside and (hopefully) put in a new line.

In the Wikipedia entry about .google I read that this top level domain is hard coded into browsers for safety.
Could this be the reason why it is to difficult to prevent share.google from resolving?

Nach dem Klimaaufruf vom #Extremwetterkongress in Hamburg hat das Worst Case Szenario, das Stefan @rahmstorf Dunja Hayali @dh im heute journal vom 24.09.2025 erläutert hat, viel Resonanz gefunden. Sie hat ihn um 3 Sätze gebeten und er hat das in der Kürze der Zeit sehr gut gemacht. Die Kommentare dazu in social media lassen allerdings vermuten, dass die Konsequenzen noch nicht klar genug kommuniziert wurden.
Daher hier noch einmal in 3 Sätzen, was #DreiGrad #Erderwärmung in 2050 bedeuten:
1. Europa und damit auch Deutschland erhitzen sich um 6 Grad mit der Konsequenz, dass alle zwei Jahre zehntausende Menschen trotz #Klimaanpassung an Hitzewellen sterben.
2. Starke Preiserhöhung für Nahrungsmittel mit der Gefahr für Hungersnöte in Europa, wenn alle Kornkammern der Nordhalbkugel gleichzeitig von Dürre betroffen sind.
3. Stürme und Überschwemmungen wie bei Xaver 2013 alle 1-2 Jahre, so dass die Schäden nicht mehr vor der nächsten Katastrophe beseitigt werden können mit der Konsequenz, dass Küstenstädte ins Inland verlagert werden müssen und die landwirtschaftlichen Flächen an der Küste wegen Versalzung unfruchtbar werden.
Man kann noch prägnanter zusammenfassen: Sylt ist weg. Denn es bedeutet auch, dass die Halligen und das Wattenmeer als einzigartige Lebenswelt (UNESCO Weltnaturerbe) für Menschen, Tiere und Pflanzen verloren sind.
Und ja, es gab einen Grund, weshalb Millionen von Menschen für 1,5 Grad auf die Straße gegangen sind. Aber noch sind 2 Grad möglich. Aber nicht, wenn wir weiterhin neue Gaskraftwerke und neue Verbrenner bauen, anstatt konsequent mit erneuerbaren Energien zu elektrifizieren.
