Motassem Baker posted on Facebook that the Israeli army bombed his family's residential square, killing his cousins and wounding many others.
The massacre came just hours after the Bakr family received an offer from an Israeli intelligence officer to secure their safety in homes in Gaza in exchange for forming a family militia of collaborators working with the Israeli similar to the one Abu Shabab formed in southern Gaza Strip.
The family leader rejected the offer and declared in front of his family that he preferred the suffering of displacement over treason and collaboration. That very evening, a series of Israeli massacres targeted those who remained steadfast in Gaza.

Today I went to the Neon Museum of Modern Art in Glendale, CA. Very fun!
Small, niche, and kitsch.
They had lots of neat glowy stuff. I took many pix. For the ones that flash, I'll post a CW.
The museum also has a workshop and for bigger bucks you can take a class to learn how to be a "neon bender".

I did get a good still image so that everyone can enjoy it.
Museum entry fee was 10 bucks. I spent an hour and saw everything. (It is across the street and down a city block from the Glendale Gallaria, so if you need a break from shopping but are OK with "dazzle", then check it out.
They did say they were getting some background pieces from the movie "Blade Runner".
