Sinon au passage, pour ce qui est des menaces de l’extrême-droite contre les juges qui ont condamné Sarkozy, est-ce qu’on est censé·e·s les plaindre et faire bloc avec elleux en mode « Oh noes c’est une attaque inqualifiable contre l’État de droit et la justice snif. 😔 », alors que ces mêmes juges ont une responsabilité écrasante dans la montée du fascisme en général ? 😬
Parce que je crois que c’est au delà de mes forces. 😬
Pour rappel, les tribunaux dans ce pays :
- passent leur temps à condamner des pauvres et des Noir·e·s et des Arabes, et/ou des manifestant·e·s, au moindre prétexte, le plus souvent à des peines complètement injustifiées ou disproportionnées, remplissant les prisons de miséreux·ses qui ont le plus souvent pas fait grand chose (voire sont innocent·e·s et ont été accusé·e·s à tort par des flics menteurs)
- alors que dans le même temps, juges et procureur·e·s font tout ce qu’iels peuvent pour que les violences d’extrême-droite restent impunies le plus possible, qu’elles viennent de flics (qui ne vont littéralement jamais en prison, même quand iels ont assassiné des gens 😬) ou de fachos randoms.
- et l’institution judiciaire en général (et les soi-disant « contre-pouvoirs » qui vont avec, genre Arcom et compagnie) ne font rien contre la propagande d’extrême-droite au quotidien, laissent des mensonges d’extrême-droite être tenus et répétés en boucle tous les jours sur toutes les chaînes, diffusés et relayés devant des millions de gens, en toute impunité, sans lever le petit doigt. L’année dernière le groupe Bolloré a littéralement tenté un coup d’État électoral, en trichant le plus ouvertement du monde sur toutes les règlounettes électorales (pourtant déjà largement insuffisantes) censées assurer un tout petit peu de pluralisme, pour tenter de faire arriver le RN au pouvoir et nous plonger dans le fascisme, et iels ont eu aucune conséquence pour ça ! CNews continue carrément d’émettre et aucun·e de ses responsables (ni son propriétaire) n’a été inquiété. 😬
C’est cette complicité de la « justice » et cette impunité systématique de partout qui fait que le fascisme progresse.
La vérité c’est que l’institution judiciaire a une responsabilité de premier plan dans la montée alarmante du fascisme et dans la libération de la parole et des violences fascistes dans ce pays, qui nous menace tou·te·s et fait déjà régulièrement des victimes. Mais on devrait plaindre les magistrat·e·s et les défendre quand c’est elleux qui se retrouvent finalement visé·e·s, alors que c’est une conséquence claire et directe de leur propre dégueulasserie ??
