For example, if you commit a crime and then a cop who shows up mistreats you, that doesn't mitigate charges for either of you; you both committed separate legal acts, and your association with each other doesn't change that.
My point is, this video doesn't show anything related to what she's being accused of. It instead shows misconduct by officers. But that's not legally related to charges against her.
