Thinking about getting a bunch of business card sized cards made with instructions on good manners and etiquette that I can hand to inconsiderate and ignorant people. Like the person next to me in this cafe having a video call on their phone without using earbuds or headphones. It’s not only the noise but also the fact I don’t want to be in the background of their video.
I wonder if the fediverse will just end up cut off from New Zealand and Australia.

I can only imagine what the holidays are going to be because my gut feeling is the shut down is going to play out most of the holidays.
I’ve seen the very unsubstantiated rumor that the house won’t come into session until January. But I haven’t seen anything anywhere else saying anything of that sort so whatever. But it would be just like them.
