Esta iniciativa da comissão, #EUinc, é capaz de ser uma das coisas que o setor digital europeu estava mesmo a precisar. A verdade é que no digital muitas vezes há alternativas nacionais excelentes, mas incapazes de saltar fronteiras por causa de todos os obstáculos ainda existentes no mercado comum.
