Interventionism and noninterventionism both end up being awful in practice because interventionism is used to make the lives of others worse and noninterventionism is used as an excuse to not help people defend themselves against the interventionism that is making people lives worse.
The solution then is not to automatically denote either of these things as intrinisically good, but to actively go against the grain in how they are commonly applied.
