oh, one more question... what also happened, it reposted alot of my Wordpress posts from RSS. Is there a setting to prevent this, like "not older than x days"?

Well done. I will spend half of the day tomorrow apologizing to all instance administrators who have users connected to my Poliverso instance ... and the other half apologizing to the users of my instance because they will be banned or silenced by their followers. 😭😭😭
@Signor Amministratore probably only a few people run such accounts that automatically reshare feeds. Also I think I am not banned or muted in many places and this happens once a year or so. There is many reasons for this to happen also.
@utzer ~Friendica~@Michael Vogel@Admin (of friendica.utzer.de) Yes, we had three fortunes: - in my Poliverso instance (there are 250 users even if only a part of them is active) only 12 users use rss feed reposting and luckily eight of these users are two personal accounts and six news accounts managed by me. - when I notified those four users, they were online and could fix it - the problem occurred from 22.30 to 1:00 AM and therefore few were able to notice it.
But I assure you that there has been a little reputational damage...
In my instance I have very enthusiastically promoted the possibility of using the feed ree to follow the sites and I have always suggested to use it in moderation for reposting, both for a matter of "fediquette" and to avoid being banned...
But with this update problem, my users have turned into unwitting spammers...
