And the LLM has ingested and been trained on all those forums, so it knows how to respond when someone claims they have Morgellons. It knows the part it's supposed to play in the conversation.

...This actually helps make an old, defining trauma I suffered in school make a lot more sense. The particular verbal bullying techniques that my bullies resorted to during sixth grade seem very, very easy for teachers who really, really don't want to deal with a victim actually demanding that the teacher punish the bullies to misinterpret as gang stalking delusion... and then it was a short step for them to *re*-interpret all the far more open bullying in prior grades as the same.

I think part of the problem we all face is that for many jobs, "worse but cheaper" vs "human" is a choice some businesses are happy to spend less on.
