Twelve è il decimo album in studio di Patti Smith, pubblicato il 17 aprile 2007 dalla Columbia Records. L'album contiene dodici tracce, tutte cover. Ha debuttato nella Billboard 200 al numero 60, con 11.000 copie vendute nella prima settimana. È stato pubblicato anche un EP promozionale intitolato Two More, contenente due cover non presenti nell'album: “Perfect Day” di Lou Reed e “Here I Dreamt I Was an Architect” dei Decemberists.
