Although it may seem like a common thing to persecute the right party, it really hurt me when the BlueSky community closed all my accounts, and when I sent them an email telling them that they made a mistake in closing my accounts and that it is the only platform on which I share my poetry and they ignored it, but it really affected me, I became very frustrated because I am fighting two wars inside Palestine and on social media

Alt text, first image (we add textual descriptions to images on the fediverse to help people who use assistive technologies to experience our posts so as not to exclude them. You can edit posts here and add descriptions even after you’ve sent a post):

Poster: Outline pencil sketch of Farah “Joy”, a proud young Palestinian woman with brown eyes. The Palestinian flag is hinted at with a red triangle, a splash of green behind her shoulders, a white background and the black inky silhouettes of birds flying above.

The text, in a typewriter font, frames her portrait in two columns. Left column: “She is a writer, she is a poet. She shares to us her thoughts, her life, her feelings, her voice. she has the dream to write about what she lived in Gaza.” (Text repeats several times.)

Right column: “She has the right to speak, she has the right to say to us what is happening and we have the duty to listen to her.” (Text repeats several times.)

In all caps, underneath: BLUESKY – YOU’RE NOT GOING TO SHUT HER VOICE

@Derisor @staff @diessoli “Derisor”, if you took a minute to research things, you’d know that the people being starved in Palestine in Israel’s genocide cannot open accounts and all of the fundraisers are run in the same way. There are ways of verifying people so we can help them (and protect them from the fraudulent accounts) but this is not it. You’re clearly more interested in attacking the victim rather than any exploration of truth. Please go away and pick a different target for your ire. Preferably one who is not already the target of a genocide.

@Derisor @staff @diessoli She is a friend of mine from the UK. She is holding the donations in her bank account because and sending it continuesly Palestinian bank accounts are blocked, and I cannot put my account in. There is no option for Palestine 😀

@Derisor @staff @diessoli Take your hasbara and your genocide denial elsewhere, it is not welcome here. You are literally trying to cut off the last hope of food for people being starved by Israel in a genocide. How devoid of humanity must a person be to do that?

@Derisor Do fuck off. People complicit in genocide are not welcome here.
