Industrial Agricy, has taken away some of the most delicious varieties of vegetables from us, because they are not profitable!

The more i learn about organic farming and horticulture, the more upset i get about how industrial agriculture has killed our chances to enjoy some wonderful produce because they were not for for mass production or as marketable as the one type they keep selling to use

I am collecting seeds and working on getting a sabdponic system in order to be able to grow toot vegetables. And this carrot type will definitely be on my list of seeds to look form
