i think we've missed the point of photography with this

edit: the phone is pixel 10 pro, images are not mine

same photo, except it's now extremely zoomed in and pixelated

the camera app decides it's actually fur and now the wall looks like bear hide

I have said it before and I will say it again. AI sharpening features are fine as a post processing step *if* its done as a part of post processing and I still have the original photo and can choose to put it on photos. If its slapped on the front its just loosy bullshit
