Every year we work on the land to rebuild our family house which we lose through the storm.
This year we really encountered a lot of situations and difficulties especially for the last pass two months this why I didn’t get any chance to done any progress on the house.
Yesterday I started clearing the grass but I end up injured myself on the finger with the cutlass. Hopefully this week I might be done with the clearing the grass.

The floor is still intact even after those heavy rains and floods looks like we are up to a great starts.
The work is really slow but that’s due to financial but we also make sure whatever is build be strong you will see even heavy rain or floods happen the house will sustain it.
Most of you have seen my previous post during the rainy season and how it really looks like when it rains.

in reply to Momodou s Barry • • •The house has been a lot of challenges for us but due to financial issues and the family situation it’s hard to make any improvements and secondly I believe some of us knows how it feel like to be a place which you don’t own. Especially renting.
The place we are is small for the whole family an my goats are also expanding usually get issues with landlord.

in reply to Momodou s Barry • • •Before we lose the house life was a bit okay though as we grow many plants and vegetables on the land to use for survival as my parents were farmer. But here I can’t grow or get any space to do such.
We sometime Maintenance things on the house as we can’t wait for the landlord. I have also been looking around for a new place where we could stays but I see single house but as the family is big we all can’t fit in a single house.
Life is so much stressful for me an my family right now!

In the beginning of next month we will see whatever we got and start working.
