You ended that post with: "Try to verify names through trusted sources, like Yad Vashem".

To make sure, and to prevent "not founds" because of slight alphabetical discrepancies, I searched for 'Solomon' (victims.auschwitz.org/victims?…) and 'Munnikendam' (victims.auschwitz.org/victims?…). Both gave one (*) or more results, but there were no reasonable matches.

However, I found mr. Munnikendam in collections.yadvashem.org/en/n… (I manually reformatted the text below to reduce the height of this toot, and inserted '🔹' and some spaces to improve readability):

Apart from the mismatch of the date he died, I found no photograph of Solomon Munnikendam on the Yad Vashem site.

Note: searching for 'Solomon Munnikendam' returned multiple results (see collections.yadvashem.org/en/s…), but the data mentioned above provided the best match.

Like in my earlier "finds", how do we know whether this is an authentic photograph of Solomon Munnikendam?

Where did YOU get it? From a vague Facebook page perhaps? Why is this photo neither in YOUR online victim database, nor in Yad Vashem's?
