in reply to Name Is • • •Multiple device use needs no special setup, but given the inherent forward security of OMEMO, new devices will not have access to old messages.
You can make backups of your decrypted chats through the settings menu in Conversations.
Making a backup of the keys is unnecessary as they should be treated as device specific and not transferred between devices.

As u said keys are diff on diff device how they will sync in real time?

in reply to Name Is • • •Yes, you can have multiple keys from different devices active. Try sending a omemo encrypted message from the device you have problems decrypting from, as sometimes it needs such a trigger to sync public keys.
What doesn't work (by design) is to add new devices and sync old history.
