Riflessione: non è che la storia che la rete deve esser indipendente, la rete non sopporta normative perchè la libertà ecc. finiscono con l'azzoppare i processi democratici , soprattutto in paesi dove pochi giganti controllano sostanzialmente internet ?
A mio avviso normative (sane, democratiche) che regolino il funzionamento di internet (e la concorrenza , trasparenza dei cosiddetti gatekeeper ecc.) sono un presidio democratico, non un atto autoritario.

in reply to Andre123 • • •Scrivo questo perchè riflettevo su un articolo sul "tecnofascismo" e in effetti.... negli anni ´90 poteva aver un senso dire: internet deve esser libera. Oggi non ne sarei così sicuro, soprattutto considerate le concentrazioni assurde di potere e ricchezza che si sono create in questi ultimi 20/30 anni.
Mi rendo anche conto che è un tema delicato e che ho poche conoscenze. Se avete letture interessanti a riguardo... le accetto volentieri !!
