Nicht zu vergessen die Grünen, die eine kapitalismushörige grünlackierte FDP sind, seit sie den Großteil ihres linken Flügels rausgeekelt haben damals unter Fischer. Daß Kapitalismus und Nachhaltigkeit grundsätzlich unvereinbar sind, davon wollen die nichts mehr wissen, Grenzen des Wachstums interessieren keinen mehr, die Modellstudie war ja auch von 1972, ewig her.
Dann die Linkspartei, die sehr durchwachsen ist und vielerorts kaum noch vorhanden. Und die Piraten, von denen nicht mehr viel übrig ist, weil sie unbedingt ideologieneutral sein wollten und sich dann in internen Kämpfen zerlegt haben.
Na ja, als Anarchist glaube ich eh nicht an diesen ganzen Parteienzirkus. Solange man das Kapital nicht abwählen kann, ist der Staat eh nur ein zahnloser Tiger, der von den Konzernen und Oligarchen dressiert wird. Die Idee einer revolutionären Partei klingt zwar gut, aber man sieht ja an der Sowjetunion und an China, was passiert, wenn die an die Macht kommen und von der Macht korrumpiert werden. Bestenfalls wird sowas wie Cuba oder Vietnam draus. Schlimmstenfalls ist die revolutionäre Partei keine links-, sondern eine rechtsradikale und baut irgendeine Form von Faschismus auf, bis ihnen alles um die Ohren fliegt, weil Faschismus nur der Versuch ist, einen Staatsapparat direkt mit den Konzernen zu verschmelzen und dann wie eine Mafia-Familie zu führen, was auf Dauer in der Pleite endet, vor der man nur durch Krieg zeitweise entkommen kann.
Man sollte Staaten grundsätzlich nicht weiter trauen, als man einen Pflasterstein werfen kann, und ich bin ein grottenschlechter Werfer. Die ersten Zivilisationen, die ersten Städte entstanden noch vor Staat und Eigentum, da hatte man noch die egalitären anarchischen Zustände der altsteinzeitlichen Stämme, da war der Urkommunismus noch ungebrochen. Wenn die Leute vor zehntausend Jahren noch in Städten leben konnten, wo jedes Haus genauso ausgestattet war wie alle anderen, wo alle gleichviel von allem hatten, wo keiner reich oder arm war, wo es keinen König gab, keine Behörden, keine Firmen, wo alle einfach frei miteinander kooperiert haben, dann könnten wir das eigentlich auch heute noch.

Die Absenkung des #Strafmündigkeitsalters .
Früher Knast wäre nichts anderes, als eine Intensiv-Schulung in richtiger Kriminalität, verbunden mit einer in der Regel traumatischen Erfahrung, #Stigmatisierung und der dauerhaften Verhinderung gesunder Entwicklung.
Das wird sehr teuer für den #Sozialstaat, teurer als jede Form #padagogischer Intervention.
Daher käme für sehr junge Verurteilte nichts anderes in Betracht, als heute schon: pädagogische Maßnahmen, die in schlimmen Fällen auch die #Unterbringung in geschlossenen Einrichtungen umfassen können.
Das Problem: dort gibt es viel zu wenig Plätze und es fehlt geschultes Personal. Dieses Problem löst die Absenkung des Strafmündigkeitsalters mit absoluter Sicherheit nicht.
