@sindarina *should* being the operative word here. I think that the problem is that it's part of an auto-deployment script and the network connection for allowing the NTP is coming too late in the installation process inside the VM.
Plus something strange on the host as it's not connecting to the 0.europe.pool.ntp.org address, but does fine on 1-3. Removing that entry and I'll see if that stabilizes things on the host (although this problem should only occur if I turn off the lab for an extended period)
