Hobbyists only get limited distribution, meaning if you don't pay them $25, you only get a limited number of installs. This is super worrying for open-source developers that can't afford to pay full price for many apps. It's unclear whether an ID is necessary for limited distribution, but this is still something to look out for.

- einer Produktions-AG mit ehemaligem Direktvertrieb / in Umstellung auf Hรคndlervertrieb / einem Export weiter im Direktvertieb,
- einer weiteren Produktions GmbH,
- und einer Vertriebs AG in der Schweiz, die auch รsterreich und Frankreich mit abdeckt,
- einer Service GmbH.Die Kรคufer haben die Firma analysieren lassen und die beiden Produktionsfirmen und die Servicefirma in die Insolvenz geschickt; die beiden Produktionsfirmen in Eigenverwaltung und die Servicegesellschaft in Abwicklung.
Die Holding ist deutlich verschuldet, aber nicht in Insolvenz, genau wie die schweizer Vertriebsgesellschaft.Die operative Leitung wurde bisher von einem eingesetzten Management geleitet, die auch Interesse daran hatten die komplette Gruppe zu รผbernehmen, was aber kurz vor Abschluss des Kaufs doch geplatzt ist, weil die Besitzer nach jeder Verhandlung mehr Geld sehen woll(t)en.
