¿Sabían que en años recientes se reportó en Japón una peligrosa práctica denominada "oculolinctus", consistente en lamer el globo ocular de la pareja?

Este fenómeno, conocido coloquialmente como eyeball licking, ganó notoriedad mediática internacional alrededor de 2013, cuando diversos informes señalaron un aumento de casos de infecciones oculares entre adolescentes y adultos jóvenes japoneses vinculados a esta conducta.

Desde una perspectiva sociológica y conductual, la práctica se describió como una forma de fetichismo o una expresión extrema de intimidad afectiva. Sin embargo, desde el ámbito de la salud y la medicina, los oftalmólogos advirtieron sobre los graves riesgos que conlleva. La lengua humana alberga una vasta cantidad de bacterias que, al entrar en contacto con la conjuntiva o la córnea, pueden provocar conjuntivitis severa, úlceras corneales y, en casos críticos, ceguera permanente debido a la fragilidad del tejido ocular frente a patógenos bucales.

Aunque el alcance real de la práctica fue debatido —oscilando entre una tendencia urbana minoritaria, un reto viral de Internet —, el fenómeno permanece como un caso de estudio sobre cómo conductas de riesgo pueden difundirse en entornos digitales y las consecuencias biológicas de alterar las funciones naturales de los órganos sensoriales.

Okay so my side quest this month is making a small pixel art looking game in C with SDL2, I want it to be pixel perfect, so does anyone know the right way to follow this up?

I know about SDL_RenderSetLogicalSize, but I wanna be aware of more stuff that could help me on achieving this.

I'm making my first pair of mittens and am following a pattern where the thumb is knit first after the bottom of the mitt. However I don't understand where I'm supposed to add the 4 stitches so that they're at the end of the round OR that they're after I've knit the 14 existing stitches twice? 🥲 Am I to place them on another set of needles to have them be round?

"Knit the 14 thumb stitches and leave the rest on a spare needle. Using the backward loop method cast on four stitches; knit the 14 stitches and then the four new ones. You will now have 18 stitches for the thumb; they should be arranged so that the four new stitches are at the end of the round. "
