Možná, že se máme nechat úzce euro-unijní projekty běžet euro-unijním tempem, a že se máme soustředit na to, že v širším slova smyslu euro-unijní armádu bojující již máme. Je to ukrajinská armáda. Euro-unijní způsob už po stalení není vytváření centrálně řízené armády, ale jednota v rozmanitosti. Tak jako ty přepravní a za letu tankující kapacity má teď spojeno-státní armáda, mohla by je mít armáda ukrajinská. Není nutné to podřizovat velkému vůdci.

, já jsem pro jednotu v něčem. Já jsem pro strategickou autonomii. A nejsem a nechci být odborník ani na vojenské otázky ani na vnitřní fungování federálních euro-unijních istitucí. Ale snažím se říct dvě vágních tušení:
A) Euro-unijní způsob spolupráce, který chápu (1) uvnitř formální Evropské unie, ale i šířejí jako (2) soustavu různých aliancí přesahující Evropskou unii ale bez Číny, Indie, Ruska, Spojených států a prachačů, nemusí a nemá být celkově tak rigidní a hierarchický, jako
jsou způsoby čínské, indické, ruské, spojeno-státní a pracháčské. My prostě umíme tvořivě, ad hoc a všelijka divná řešení. Nemusíme jenom imitovat. Ten zmatek je naše přednost a naše síla, nikoliv slabost.
B) Pod bodem (2) už máme jednu z nejpůsobivějších armád na planetě: ukrajinskou. To je naše armáda. Bojuje za nás. A některé věci můžeme jednotit a centralizovat do ní, v ní, pod ní.

, proč třeba nepřemýšlet o tom, že ukrajinská armáda má mít schopnost letecké přepravy k zásahu po celém světě v kapacitě pro celé euro-unijní spojenectví? Klidně větší než mají Čína, Indie, Rusko, Spojené státy a pracháči. A jasně, mohla by ta kapacita být rozmístěna i v jiných státech. Už z důvodů menší zranitelnosti.

, mým cílem nejsou konkrétní návrhy, ale otevření myslí.
Současná vojenská síla Ruska a Spojených států amerických má počátek ve válce, ve které dost dlouho všechny síly byly zaměřeny na okamžitý boj a nikoliv poválečné uspořádání. Až Ukrajina a euro-unijní spojenectví porazí Rusko nebo dojdeme k něčemu jako je na Korejském poloostrově nebo něco - i pak jsou všechny důvody aby ukrajinská (nebo euro-unijní) armáda zůstala silná.
Já jsem pro "všichni za jednoho a jeden za všechny". Já jsem pro společná řešení všude, kde je to potřebné nebo žádoucí.
Jenom se snažím rozšířit naše myšlení nad kopírování Číny, Indie, Ruska, Spojených států a pracháčů. Možná, že nepotřebujeme jednu jednotnou armádu s jedním centrálním velitelem, který třeba může tu armádu používat dost svévolným způsobem. Já vím, že tohle nikdo nenavrhuje.
Jednotná v rozmanitosti. Někdy, někde, v něčem, buďme jednotnotní, ale používejme i naši kluturně zažitou rozmanitost. To je naše přednost. To je zdroj naší síly.
Netrvrdím nic velesilně. Tápu. Ošahávám možnosti.

Military planning reported last month has raised the possibility of either #NationalGuard or active-duty #troops being used.
Such a mission would almost certainly be contested in court.
