Autistics should know the difference between social withdrawal and social isolation. Too many times, I see autistics in social isolation when they are in an autistic burnout.
Don't isolate yourself. You need to met nice people that can energize you. Rest isn't doing anything and sleeping. It's having activities like your passion, sharing time with another autistic, having some time with your pet…
Keep in mind to see people, especially other autistics.
