Der Internationale Strafgerichtshof hat eine Berufung Israels gegen die Ermittlungen zum Gazakrieg abgelehnt.
Auch die Haftbefehle gegen Ministerpräsident Netanjahu und den früheren Verteidigungsminister Gallant werden nicht ausgesetzt, wie aus einem Dokument des Gerichtshofs hervorgeht. Die Ermittlungen zu möglichen Kriegsverbrechen im Gazastreifen könnten somit fortgesetzt werden.
