#kariketonen on onnistunut tiivistämään kirjaansa paljon tärkeää tietoa itsensä kuuntelusta, elämästä, stressin hallinnasta. On parempi opetella näitä taitoja hyvän sään aikana, rakentaa vene ennen tulvaa. Pahoja aikoja on luvassa kaikille ennen pitkää, ja siksi haluan vahvistaa itseäni nyt, vaikuttaa omaan dopamiinin kulutukseen ja sietoikkunan kasvattamiseen.
