Domenica 25 maggio h 21 presso il Cinema Nuova Armenia, lo studio Yoga Sharana presenta il film documentario “Real” di Adele Tulli selezionato alla 77a edizione del Festival di Locarno nella sezione Cineasti del presente. A seguire un intervento online della regista e un breve dibattito moderato da Maresa Lippolis.
Con questa prima iniziativa, Yoga Sharana intende avviare un percorso di riflessione su alcuni temi legati alla pratica dello yoga nel mondo moderno, quali il dibattito sulla mente-corpo, sulla consciousness, sull’intelligenza artificiale e la realtà virtuale.
Il film documentario “Real” sceglie come campo di indagine alcuni crocevia fra mondi materiali e virtuali, un viaggio alla scoperta di contesti diversi, allo stesso tempo familiari e stranianti. Giocando con i riflessi, le maschere, le deformazioni ottiche e il collage, il film riesce a descrivere il peculiare vortice in cui la realtà oggi si configura.
La posizione dello sguardo che la regista propone è quella di riconsiderare le nostre stesse posture, nell'intento di superare i pregiudizi e aprire le possibilità per nuove forme di soggettivazione e incantamento.

Là-dessus, à la suite du tournant imposé par Léon XIII (👀) qui réouvre aux historiens la bibliothèque Vaticane et leur ouvre les Archives Secrètes Vaticanes, un gros transfert de fonds est opéré en 1922 depuis les archives du Saint-Office vers la bibliothèque Vaticane.
C'est une déclassification, en quelque sorte.
Sauf que, ben, y'a des centaines de documents, tout n'est pas très bien inventorié…
Donc même si les documents sont disponibles, de facto ils restent méconnus.
Il faut attendre 2010 pour qu'un chercheur, Leen Spruit, tique sur une description très sibylline d'un vieil inventaire.
Bingo — un manuscrit de l'Éthique.
Le Vat. lat. 12838 est devenu un des chouchous de la Vaticane : il est passé entre les mains expertes du labo de restauration (le pauvre en avait bien besoin !), puis du labo photo, et a intégré la très sélect Réserve des manuscrits.

Ok, I see this around about people getting mad about this specific issue. What I want to know is, why? I mean, I get the frustration that comes from not everyone knowing as much about autism as we'd like them to. But why take it out on individuals? If they don't know, they don't know. What else are they supposed to do instead? Two years ago I didn't know anything about the subject, and I am reasonably well educated, interested in many things, and psychology is one of my favorite topics. So if I didn't know, how are other people supposed to?
Our current understanding of autism is pretty recent, and it takes time for this information to trickle through the system and reach everybody. Heck, most health care professionals aren't even up to date with the latest like we are. We have the privilege of being in a community that can collect and disseminate this information rather quickly, but we have a vested interest in learning it. Other people don't. There's lots for them to know about, even in just the 'disabled' sphere. And yes, our education system should absolutely be better, but that's not really the fault of the individual.
So why not, instead of getting mad at people like this, we take the opportunity to inform them ourselves? No, it's not our responsibility. And no, it's not even fair. But it's the hand we're dealt, and we can either do something to improve the situation or just be mad at it and keep it this way. "It's better to light a candle than curse the darkness" as the saying goes.
And yes, I get that we may not always be in a position to do so, may not have the energy or communication ability at the time to do so. That's fine. You can even get mad because of the situation, that's natural. But there's still no reason to take it out on someone who says this. How is that helping?
