Una delle funzioni che preferisco degli smartphone moderni è che periodicamente ti inviano una notifica per ricordarti cosa stavi facendo un anno fa.
Ti mostrano le fotografie che hai scattato e immediatamente evocano tanti ricordi.
Io un anno fa mi trovavo in questo posto quasi surreale; il Faro abbandonato vicino al Vulcão dos Capelinhos, nell'isola di Faial alle Azzorre.
Più passa il tempo più, mi sembra quello che è , un posto ai confini del mondo che ti fa sentire tanto lontano da tutto .
È interessante conoscere la storia di questo faro , che è stato abbandonato in fretta e furia, dal momento che l'eruzione è iniziata a pochi metri da lì e c'era il rischio che gli occupanti restassero uccisi .
Oggi è una specie di testimone del cataclisma che ha sconvolto di recente l'isola .
