Anticipating the public's reaction, Google has earlier this year closed the open development of AOSP, now only posting it when its done. And they just have removed all pixel drivers that they once released without issue alongside AOSP.
They are at best a hostile partner to AOSP. And I'm sure they are working on other ways to sabotage AOSP. So be prepared for more drama.

I need to get some rubber feet for it, or something, so that it won’t move around as she scratches it, but even if we need to hold it in place for her (which might actually be easier as we train her to use it), it will be a huge improvement over trying to use the clippers.
