Went on a little trip to the coast yesterday.

In #oregon it's the coast and not the beach.

@spacehobo it doesn't matter what industry gets hollowed out through homogenizing efficiencies. The final cost grows. Since there's no getting around the energy required to produce something (gotta come from somewhere) the equity that was once shared by all in the industry doing the (mundane work) now gets funneled into one TechGiant's pocket as the efficiency fee for making the whole process "easier." Streamlined. Processed.

Manche Einwände sind einfach lächerlich. Die "Anti-Gender-Initiative" ist im letzten Jahr wegen zu wenigen Unterschriften gescheitert. Dann hat sie dagegen geklagt, weil sie meinte, dass die Stadt Volksbegehren unmöglich mache und dafür sorge, dass diese nicht erfolgreich sein können (was nicht stimmt, denn es gibt viele erfolgreiche Volksbegehren). Und dann kam noch die Beschwerde, dass die Unterschriftensammlung in einem schlechten Zeitraum gefallen sei. Allerdings wird der Zeitraum durch die Initiative selber bestimmt. Ich kann mich noch beim Radentscheid daran erinnern, dass wir das sehr genau geplant hatten, wann welche Stufe erfolgen würde.

So oder so: Die Initiative gehört zu der Kategorie "Schlechte Verlierer".

Die CDU hat es trotzdem durchgesetzt, da damals die Volksentscheide noch nicht bindend waren. Das wurde in der Zwischenzeit aber geändert.

Damit will sie Risiken für Gewalttaten erkennen und etwa Gefährderansprachen oder Überwachung planen. Um Betroffene zu unterstützen, bräuchte es andere Maßnahmen.

Das gab es bei der "Ermittlungsarbeit" auch im analogen Zeitalter über Papierakten, nur das Teile der Fallanalyse jetzt im Vorfeld(also ohne Tat) schon zum Einsatzkommen, um eine Software zu füttern. Der eigentich Vorgang ist dann das Profiling.
