I'm still pretty confident Trump stole the evidence against himself when he went after the classified docs.
He had a whole trove of stuff that he didn't appear to be selling but he could have just copied it without stealing it if that was the point. Keeping it out of the hands of Congress and anybody else had to be the reason he took it.

The Mastodon devs have just released version 4.4 so servers on the release branch can now update to it:

Amongst other things it reformats the web interface to make it better on phones (the previous version wasted a lot of space at the side of the screen).
Admins are given more legal options such as setting age limits for their server.
This doesn't yet include fetching complete remote conversations or quote-tooting, but they are due in version 4.5.

Help Kathi, a trans woman living in Oklahoma to flee the state as it's becoming unsafe for her to stay there. She's reaching out for our assistance as her income barely covers her rent, food and other necessities, which has resulted in her living paycheck to paycheck and having little to no savings. I'm starting to quite like this Mamdani character.
They (meaning NYT) try to slag him off for zomg!11!! ticking the box for "black" on an old college application. He also ticked the boxes for Asian and wrote in Uganda. They didn't have a box for "Africa" so there wasn't really a way to summarize his (complex, global) background. He points this out. He could have yelled at them for following the lead of a white supremacist whose only published article (on white superiority) used such appalling methodology it got the supremacist's tenured coauthor fired.
