Yeah, that's an older feature which has been reformatted on the new v4.4.0 release of Mastodon.
Basically, you can select particular hashtags to be featured on your profile and if people click on those tags they will see your posts that contain those tags.
You can do this by going to ⚙️ Preferences > Public Profile > Featured Hashtag (in the tab at the top), then add each tag one at a time.
People can browse this in your profile by clicking the "Featured" tab.
