Mit dem Arbeitgeberanteil wäre das ca. das Doppelte, also wohl die 42%, aber die zahlt nicht der Arbeitnehmer von seinen 60.000 Brutto, sondern Arbeitnehmer und Arbeitgeber zusammen von den gesamten ~73.000 Lohnkosten.
Ich wiederhole das jetzt bis die @tagesschau die Prozentrechnung beherrscht und nicht immer wieder eine falsche Tatsachenbehauptung eins zu eins weiterverbreitet:

Entweder sind es die Personalkosten (AG-Brutto [inkl. AG-SV]) oder das "Einkommen" (AN-Brutto).
In beiden Fällen sind es auf keinen Fall 42 Prozent.Es reicht nicht die Beitragssätze der Sozialversicherung einfach zu addieren.
