Il contributo che i disertori [tedeschi] diedero alla lotta di Liberazione è di difficile valutazione dal punto di vista strettamente militare, perché per molti di loro non si hanno sufficienti informazioni, mentre in molti altri casi le informazioni disponibili provengono da un’unica fonte (ovvero partigiana) e furono prodotte spesso in momenti particolari che ci costringono per lo meno ad interrogarci sulla loro attendibilità (vale a dire in previsione cioè del rimpatrio nei paesi d’origine o in vista del lavoro delle commissioni per il riconoscimento delle qualifiche partigiane).
Si deve comunque considerare come molto spesso ad unirsi alle forze ribelli furono soldati che avevano già in passato combattuto su diversi fronti; la loro esperienza poté quindi rappresentare un valido aiuto, per un esercito come quello partigiano che era in buona parte costituito da civili con scarsi precedenti di guerra.
Deve essere valutato anche il contributo offerto da quanti, pur non lasciando le fila del proprio esercito, collaborarono in modi differenti fornendo, ad esempio, armi e materiale o informazioni di carattere militare (spostamenti delle truppe, loro armamento, nominativi circa le persone con ruoli di comando, morale all’interno delle formazioni). Degni di ulteriori ricerche sono anche gli episodi che videro il supporto della popolazione civile e degli enti religiosi a questi soldati in fuga in Italia, sia durante che al termine del conflitto.
Vario fu l’atteggiamento del movimento partigiano nei confronti di quanti si consegnarono alle formazioni ribelli. La diserzione venne sicuramente considerata un fattore importante, sia da parte dei partigiani che degli alleati per lo svolgimento della guerra, come dimostrano i vari appelli lanciati in tal senso tramite volantini o altro materiale. Non mancarono però atteggiamenti di diffidenza, in particolare verso i disertori di origine germanica, motivati dal timore che tra di esse si potessero nascondere spie e infiltrati. Fondamentali per il giudizio dei partigiani erano anche le condizioni nelle quali questi soldati disertavano (ad esempio portando o meno con sé le armi) o venivano fatti prigionieri (opponendo o meno resistenza).
In alcuni casi, soprattutto negli ultimi mesi di guerra, si provvide a far loro “passare il fronte”, consegnandoli cioè agli alleati, sia perché essi stessi non intendevano continuare a combattere a fianco dei partigiani, sia perché il loro numero era aumentato in modo eccessivo e ciò poteva rappresentare un ostacolo a livello organizzativo, trattandosi spesso di persone che avevano disertato principalmente perché avevano riconosciuto come ormai persa la guerra.
Sicuramente le scelte dei disertori della Wehrmacht contribuirono anche al fatto che si iniziasse a valutare il nemico non più come un blocco omogeneo, ma a riconoscerne le specificità e le differenze (provenienza geografica, carriera militare, ruolo nell’esercito). Tali dettagli vennero a volte utilizzati come elemento discriminante nel decidere riguardo la prigionia, l’ingresso nelle formazioni o ancora l’uccisione di quanti venivano catturati, ma vennero anche sfruttati proprio per indebolire il fronte avversario, come nel caso degli specifici appelli alla diserzione lanciati da partigiani e alleati.
Questa differenziazione su base etnica ebbe però anche la conseguenza di relegare ai margini il riconoscimento nei confronti di quei soldati provenienti dalla Germania che decisero di ribellarsi al nazifascismo in Italia e di continuare la guerra all’interno delle formazioni partigiane. Ad essere riconosciuto, al contrario, fu il contributo soprattutto di sovietici e jugoslavi, sia perché rappresentavano una maggioranza all’interno di queste formazioni, sia perché facenti parti di nazioni che uscirono come vincitrici dalla guerra, sia infine per le affinità ideologiche di molti di questi con le bande partigiane di ispirazione comunista. Ricordare il contributo dei soldati provenienti dal blocco sovietico significava (anche) contrapporsi alla forza politica e militare americana, che nei nuovi equilibri creatisi in seguito alla guerra aveva nella Germania federale uno dei suoi primi alleati strategici in Europa. Come già riportato al termine del V capitolo, furono poi gli stessi soldati provenienti da questi paesi ad aver maggior interesse a veder riconosciuto, anche tramite i certificati prodotti nel dopoguerra, il ruolo che essi avevano svolto all’interno delle formazioni partigiane italiane, attestati che avrebbero anche dovuto avere una funzione riabilitativa rispetto alla loro passata militanza nell’esercito nazista.
Anche questo aspetto, come gli altri messi in luce nel VI capitolo, fece sì che molte delle esperienze di lotta dei soldati tedeschi andarono perse nel dopoguerra; circostanza questa che contribuì così al consolidarsi nella storiografia italiana di un’immagine che identificava il nemico nel “cattivo tedesco” <632 e che non contemplava la possibilità che ci potesse essere, anche tra questi soldati, chi si fosse ribellato alla guerra nazista.
Ricostruire la storia di quanti decisero di abbandonare le fila dell’esercito nazista, pur con la molteplicità di motivazioni che fu alla base di tali scelte, ci permette viceversa di porre in discussione questa costruzione e di ribadire il ruolo di internazionalità della lotta al nazifascismo.
Ci aiuta però anche a ricordare come, anche nelle condizioni più difficili, ci furono persone capaci di interrogarsi e riflettere sulla giustezza o meno del proprio comportamento e di quanto veniva loro ordinato di fare, insegnamento questo in grado di superare ogni limite temporale e geografico.
Forse le loro storie ci aiutano anche a rispondere a quanto affermò alcuni anni fa Nuto Revelli, che aveva prima combattuto in Russia ed era poi stato partigiano in Italia, il quale ripensando alla sua esperienza in guerra scrisse: “Non provo alcuna pietà nei confronti dei tedeschi. Ma se è esistito anche un solo tedesco diverso dall’immagine che io mi ero fatto di loro, vorrei proprio conoscerne la storia” <633.[NOTE]632 Filippo Focardi, Il cattivo tedesco e il bravo italiano, cit. The computing industry is weird about history. People fail to understand it in two opposite ways:
A lot of things just fail to pay attention to the fact that other people have seen and solved the same problem before. You get people not just reinventing the wheel, but ignoring the huge design space of wheels that’s been explored and deciding that cubes are ideal shapes for wheels and concrete the ideal building material. See pretty much every recent GUI for hundreds of examples.
But at the other extreme you get a weird worship of the past. Smart people in the past did something this way, therefore we must do things that way! The fact that their target audience was PhD students and their constraints included a processor that was barely faster than a pen and paper and had 128 KiB of RAM is irrelevant. Early UNIX did glob expansion in the shell not because that’s more sensible than providing a glob and option parsing API in the standard library, but because they didn’t have enough disk space or RAM to duplicate code and they didn’t have shared libraries. If you have shared libraries, the right choice is very different. Similarly, ‘everything is a text stream’ is a good idea when you have a computer that you connect to via a serial terminal because everything that the user produces or consumes is a text stream. When you have a system that has graphical displays, speakers, cameras, microphones, and network connections, it is much less sensible.

I think part of what makes lots of old UNIX decisions still seem sensible is that it has less moving parts. And moving parts means brittle systems /and/ choice to fuck around (e.g., with the API). And people will opt for fucking around – and not in the good way.
I don't think that the UNIX decisions still hold up, but just offering options and flexibility because we can, leads to overcomplexity and irritating behaviors.
Maybe this is the Bauhaus & Minimalist speaking, but I do like "simple" building blocks that serve a clear functional purpose. But this doesn't mean that the system built from those needs to be "simple": You can build quite a lot of things from bricks.
What I am annoyed about is when computers don't act like a tool anymore. A tool is something I, a human, learns how to use, and I am in charge and, also, I am in fault if something goes wrong. Increasingly, computers aren't tools but magic black boxes that behave in some mysterious ways and sometimes produce the desired output.
It used to be that if I had computer problems, the issue was a human error – fixable. Nowadays, I can often only shrug and "try again". And that's frustrating, I become the tool (my job is pressing "retry") and the computer the subject with (superficial) it's own will.

Olivier Rubens explique pourquoi il quitte l'Union juive française pour la paix. Ou plutôt, pourquoi l'association l'a quitté en rompant avec ses valeurs fondatrices. En cause notamment, un document recensant toutes les personnes considérées non grata par l'UJFP. Accusé de campisme et de complotisme, Michel Collon figure en bonne place sur cette liste noire de l'UJFP. Il faut savoir que Michel Collon, accusé dès mai 25 des pires crimes par l’UJFP, a proposé à celle-ci de discuter pour vérifier les faits. Il leur a soumis un projet de vidéo-réponse en demandant et proposant de diffuser leurs remarques. Cette proposition a été refusée. (I’A)
Préambule du Grand Soir : Alors que LGS a depuis toujours les meilleurs rapports avec l’UJFP et notamment avec son co-fondateur et porte-parole, Pierre Stambul, que nous avons publié plusieurs fois, les noms de notre site, des administrateurs Viktor Dedaj et Maxime Vivas sont inexplicablement jetés en pâture, aux côtés de celui de la cible principale de ce document, Michel Collon que nous assurons de notre solidarité et de notre amitié.
Le génocide perpétré par l’État israélien devient chaque jour plus manifestement odieux et l’urgence commande une convergence de refus extrêmement vaste. Dans ce cadre, la prudence peut s’imposer dans les rapports d’une association de solidarité avec des personnes dont il serait avéré qu’ils ont explicitement tenu des propos douteux ou odieux sur la question de l’antisémitisme et du négationnisme. Il suffirait de quelques lignes de condamnation relevant leurs propos et de refuser à chaque fois discrètement de tenir tribune ou de signer des textes en commun.
L’objectif réel du document de 17 pages énonçant les ostracismes que la direction de l’UJFP entend mettre en œuvre est tout autre. Les déclarations maladroites ou malintentionnées de quelques personnages dont l’écho médiatique récent est quasi-nul ne sont qu’un prétexte. Il s’agit d’imposer une conception des relations internationales tendant à désarmer idéologiquement la résistance anti-impérialiste euro-atlantique. La chasse aux minorités mal-pensantes, est ouverte dans une association qui se proclame pourtant pluraliste.
Pour imposer ce qui se révèle comme une ligne idéologique, pas moins de six pages sont consacrées au journaliste belge Michel Collon et à son site Investig’action.
Le procès fait à ce dernier est clairement politique.
Le texte reprend sans critique à cet effet deux concepts introduits ces dernières décennies dans le débat médiatique contrôlé par l’idéologie dominante : le « campisme » et le complotisme. « Le campisme conduit souvent assez rapidement au complotisme » peut-on y lire. De fait, un anti-impérialisme conséquent peut difficilement croire sur parole aux médiamensonges bellicistes ayant conduit à des millions de morts et repris sur toutes les chaînes, depuis les couveuses du Koweït jusqu’aux prétendus Oradours du Kosovo en passant par les armes de destruction massive de l’Irak...
Michel Collon serait « campiste » en ce qu’il refuse toute banalisation du concept de génocide et notamment son extension aux évènements de Srebrenica. La direction de l’UJFP dénonce aussi la volonté attribuée à Collon d’atténuer la culpabilité du « criminel » Milosevic dans cette affaire, alors que ce chef d’Etat mort de manière pour le moins inattendue dans les geôles impérialistes en ayant mis l’accusation en grandes difficultés lors de son procès n’en est pas le commanditaire.
Il est aussi reproché à Collon de pratiquer vis-à-vis de la Russie et de l’Iran, hier vis-à-vis de la Syrie des El-Assad et de l’Irak de Saddam Hussein, une solidarité anti-impérialiste à ne pas confondre avec l’alignement politique. Pour ne pas être « campiste », il fallait donc hier appeler à la chute d’Assad pour aujourd’hui déplorer les massacres dont sont victimes Alaouites et Druzes...
Être à l’UJFP impliquerait ainsi un soutien indifférencié au « mouvement national ukrainien », ce qui de la part d’une organisation juive est assez sidérant sachant que le régime de Kiev exalte Bandera, un pogromiste de masse ! Il conviendrait ainsi que l’UJFP fît chorus avec les courants politiques dominants pour soutenir le mouvement iranien « Femmes, vie, liberté » puis regretter que, s’agissant de ce pays, certains renvoient dos à dos agresseur et agressé !
Il faudrait ensuite soutenir le Hirak algérien. Attaquer depuis la France le gouvernement algérien revient toutefois aujourd’hui à seconder les diatribes islamophobes de Retailleau et la position annexionniste de la diplomatie française au Sahara... Peu suspect de « campisme », le journal Lutte Ouvrière du 15 août dénonce la « prétention de l’État Français à faire plier l’Algérie comme si elle était toujours sa colonie »...
Enfin, Michel Collon aurait le tort de dénoncer le rôle de Georges Soros dans les diverses « révolutions oranges ». Mais jamais, il n’a fait allusion aux origines juives de ce personnage détestable à mes yeux, du seul fait de la politique destructive qu’il prône à l’échelle mondiale tout en pratiquant l’ingérence systématique dans la politique de plusieurs pays...
Il s’agit bien d’un procès politique de la part de la direction de l’UJFP. Les « relations toxiques », remontant à plus d’une décennie, que Collon entretiendrait avec tel ou tel personnage ne sont qu’un prétexte. De même que des publications croisées d’articles dont on voit mal comment il pourrait y faire obstacle... Affirmer qu’un homme de média étranger puisse connecter le réseau de solidarité avec la Palestine avec l’extrême-droite n’est en outre pas crédible.
Je partage pour ma part, et c’est ma plus stricte liberté de pensée garantie par la Constitution et la Déclaration universelle des droits de l’homme, la prétendue « rhétorique progressiste sur le pouvoir des banques et des multinationales », c’est-à-dire en bref l’analyse marxiste de la domination planétaire du capital financier, et constate que « les démocraties sont contrôlées par des oligarchies invisibles » : c’est hélas facile à voir quand on constate le poids énorme de l’argent et de la presse liée à l’argent, non seulement aux USA mais en France même. Certes, une organisation juive pour la paix accueille à bras ouverts ceux qui conservent des illusions sur le système de domination politico-économique en vigueur et espèrent en l’efficacité du droit international. Mais de là à encenser les pouvoirs économiques et médiatiques et à rejeter ces critiques d’essence marxistes, c’est bien là du « campisme » capitaliste et impérialiste !
Une simple affirmation jette le site « Le Grand Soir », qui accueille de nombreux articles pertinents, dans le même sac « complotiste ». On prend ensuite à partie deux anciens candidats aux élections présidentielles sans fournir aucun élément relatif à leur prétendu antisémitisme si ce n’est les fulminations de leurs ennemis politiques de droite ou issus de la social-démocratie.
De manière plus globale, l’UJFP laisse entendre que sa critique des médias se limite à « la juste dénonciation de la galerie Bolloré » (pourquoi pas Bernard Arnault, Xavier Niel, Patrick Drahi, etc. qui eux aussi pèsent d’un poids accablant sur le débat politique), qu’une totale liberté d’action doit être offerte aux ONG (suffit-il de se déclarer indépendant des gouvernements pour l’être réellement ? Quelle naïveté !), que les décisions bancaires sont prises « en toute indépendance » (alors que l’UJFP elle-même en est la première victime !)
L’UJFP endossera-t’elle demain le rôle de ce « citoyen du monde » décrit par le parolier Cyril C. Sarot ? : « Sa démocratie / L’en est pas peu fier / Alors il l’impose / À grand coups d’obus / De bombes et pour cause / Faut cuir’les barbus ».
Voilà pour le fond de la déclaration de 17 pages de la direction de l’UJFP. Sa forme est encore plus détestable... Le document s’achève sur une liste inquisitoriale de personnes qui seraient infréquentables... Ils seraient « ceux qui s’insurgent contre les antifascistes »... Pourquoi alors les dénoncer nommément par une liste digne de celles qui, il y a maintenant plus de 80 ans, parvenaient au 93 rue Lauriston ?
En commettant de tels documents dangereux et liberticides, l’UJFP rompt avec ses valeurs fondatrices. C’est pourquoi je ne la quitte pas, mais je constate que c’est elle qui m’a quittée moi, à la fois d’ascendance maternelle juive et descendant de résistants qui, il y a 80 ans et plus, risquèrent leur peau pour sauver des Juifs. J’aurais d’ailleurs apprécié que soit nettement rappelé (et regretté), à l’occasion du 27 janvier, que les monuments à l’Armée rouge qui a libéré Auschwitz sont systématiquement détruits à l’Est de l’Europe !
J’entends rester fidèle aux valeurs républicaines et antifascistes de mes deux parents. J’en tire donc les conséquences en me retirant publiquement de ce qui n’est plus à mes yeux une Union des Juifs de France « pour la paix », mais une organisation de plus en plus campiste, voire anticommuniste et belliciste.

il mutuo è per pagare qualcosa che bene o male mantiene il suo valore *e* che è indispensabile, quindi se tu non pagassi il mutuo dovresti comunque pagare un affitto
o un altro caso in cui un prestito può avere senso è per pagare degli strumenti di lavoro, grazie ai quali nel tempo riguadagni quello che hai speso.
ma le ferie sono una cosa che una volta fatta al massimo ti lascia dei bei ricordi, e si possono avere dei bei ricordi anche facendo attività più economiche

Senegal’s Hidden Debt Crisis
Senegal is facing a severe financial crisis after the new government uncovered billions of dollars in hidden debt. Fiscal audits revealed that the budget deficit and public debt were far higher than previously reported by the former administration. The findings prompted the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to suspend a funding program worth nearly two billion dollars.
