Does anyone know if you can use sand paper on a glass fibre to make it disperse light relatively equally on its side?
I've a tricky request that involves finding a way to replace broken neon tubes. My idea: sandpaper glass fibre, print transparent tubes out of PC to stick the fibres through so it stays in place (those neon tubes were free-floating pieces!), then light up the fibre with an LED from the back.

in reply to [AF]2050 • • •Da quando ho finito di scrivere i miei primi due capitoli della mia campagna, ho trovato che il modo in cui ho provato ad adattare l'ambientazione di Root (tipo Robin Hood, ma con gli animali antropomorfi) in questo GDR sia un po' troppo difficile senza utilizzare i compagni.
Alla fine, ho rischiato di non utilizzare tutti gli asset a disposizione. Non sono tanto appassionato di dover giocare al momento un dark fantasy. Avrei alla fine preferito qualcosa di più avventuroso e coraggiante...

- Condurre una campagna con Call of Cthulhu, ambientato nell'Italia moderna.
- Provare Dungeons & Dragons 5e (2014)
- E molto recentemente, una campagna a tema Bronx utilizzando Savage Worlds, ispirata da Fuga da New York, 1990 - I guerrieri del Bronx, The Warriors, e anche gli 883 per la loro canzone "Hanno ucciso l'uomo ragno".
Che ne pensate? Quale sarebbe il più bello fra le idee?

Ora che al momento sto facendo una pausa alla mia campagna di Ironsworn per non rischiare di sovvracaricarmi a finirlo per primo (credo che una campagna di GdR non ha mai un lieto fine prestabilito a seconda di come viene giocato), lo metterò in considerazione l'idea.

in reply to [AF]2050 • • •Anche se però ormai ho deciso di impararmi Savage Worlds perché Call of Cthulhu ha un regolamento più complesso e dettagliato. L'idea è di imparare nuovi giochi, man mano cercando di aumentare la complessità.
Savage Worlds è fra uno di quei sistemi GDR più appartenenti a far girare qualunque ambientazione senza troppa premura sulle regole, da quello che ho letto, e ha anche un combattimento tattico abbastanza semplice da capire in confronto a D&D.
