Totally not my area. But if I hear something I will let you know. Just know that the housing market is extra fucked at the moment. Have you tried studentenwoningweb? It’s for student housing and it might help. But you need some kind of proof that you are a student to participate. (Kamernet might also be a good one, although it is full of “huisjesmelkers” (AKA greedy landlords), but it might be something.

Only you can define what's true for yourself, but we don't know anything for sure. Most things you don't directly experience, but even then our senses are imperfect. Some things that might seem obviously true, require extra training/knowledge to interpret. Like a leaf and a bowling ball being equally pulled down by gravity. A flat earth. Or understanding viruses.
