Allerdings haben sich die destruktiven Kommentare, die ich für die Kolumnenbeiträge erhalten habe, so sehr gehäuft, dass ich das Projekt nun aufgebe. Nicht nur in den Blog-Kommentaren und öffentlich im Fediverse, vor allem privat, habe ich Nachrichten bekommen, die mich auch persönlich angegriffen haben. Für eine unbezahlte monatliche Technik-Kolumne auf einem Community-Blog. Sei es, weil Menschen einfach das Fediverse als Konzept ablehnen, mir persönlich die exponierte Stellung der Kolumnistin nicht gegönnt haben, eigenen Problemen, schlichter Misogynie oder anderen Gründen: Es gibt keine Rechtfertigung, Menschen im Internet so anzugehen. Doch durch die Kolumne konnte ich mir im Kalender anstreichen, wann ich mich auf seitenlange verletzende Nachrichten einstellen konnte. Was für mich auf Dauer eine psychische Belastung dargestellt hat, die ich so nicht mehr hinnehmen will.
Da engagiert sich jemand über das Normale hinaus, um anderen gute Dienste zu leisten und dann erntet man nur Neid, Missgunst oder sonst irgendeinen geistigen Dünpfiff von zurückgebliebenen Neandertalern! 🤬
Dabei beziehe ich mich nicht auf konstruktive Kritik oder Denkanstöße, diese haben mich gefreut, sondern auf Beleidigungen und persönliche Angriffe. Ich bin einiges durch meine Arbeit in der Kommunalpolitik gewohnt, aber nicht jeder Kampf ist es auch wert, gekämpft zu werden.
Und was ist die logische Konsequenz? Richtig, das eigentlich so geniale Projekt wird eingestellt.
Liebe @Ückück , auch wenn ich es mega schade finde, kann ich es sehr gut nachvollziehen, dass du dich dazu entschieden hast.
