“The more and more states that recognize Palestine, the better because it allows them to name ambassadors, to have an official recognition in terms of international law,” Loup told Jacobin. “I’m not downplaying it, though it is way too late. It should have been done in 2014 when the French National Assembly voted on it.”
Abdelaziz Hanif, a French doctor and member of the association Blouses Blanches pour Gaza (White Jackets for Gaza), was more hopeful. “It’s never too late to do the right thing,” he said. “After all, three-quarters of countries in the world recognize the state of Palestine. I just hope Macron takes it as far as he can.”
Many experts are doubtful that the formal recognition of the Palestinian state will have an immediate impact on the ground. In his speech, Macron conditioned the recognition of Palestine on the liberation of the forty-eight remaining hostages held by Hamas and the end of Israeli military operations in Gaza.
Even if a ceasefire between Israel and Hamas is agreed upon, the logistics of forming a Palestinian state are increasingly complicated as Israel ramps up illegal settlement drives in the occupied West Bank."

Disponível no app Meta AI e na versão web (meta.ai), a novidade lembra o TikTok e o Reels, mas com um diferencial: todo o conteúdo é criado por IA.</p>
<p>O CEO Mark Zuckerberg mostrou em uma <a class=\"icon-external\" href=\"https://www.instagram.com/p/DPCWz1SEepM/?img_index=1\" target=\"_blank\">publicação no Instagram</a> exemplos de vídeos criados pelo sistema: criaturas felpudas saltando entre cubos, um gato sovando massa de pão e até a simulação de uma mulher tirando selfie em uma sacada com vista para o Egito Antigo.</p>

<p>De acordo com a Meta, o feed exibe vídeos feitos tanto por criadores quanto por outros usuários. O algoritmo da plataforma deve personalizar o conteúdo ao longo do tempo, mas o público terá a opção de gerar vídeos do zero ou remixar clipes já existentes no feed, adicionando novos elementos visuais, trilha sonora e ajustes de estilo antes da publicação.</p>
<p>Os vídeos podem ser postados diretamente no Vibes, enviados por mensagem privada ou compartilhados em outras plataformas da empresa, como <a href=\"https://tecnoblog.net/noticias/instagram-permitira-que-usuario-ajuste-recomendacoes-de-conteudo/\">Instagram</a> e <a href=\"https://tecnoblog.net/noticias/o-facebook-quer-que-a-gente-volte-a-cutucar/\">Facebook</a>.</p>

<p>A recepção inicial não foi tão positiva, pelo menos na publicação de Zuckerberg. Nos comentários, usuários afirmam que “ninguém quer” esse tipo de recurso, e que a novidade é “lixo de IA”. </p>
<p>Vale lembrar: em julho, o Facebook anunciou <a href=\"https://tecnoblog.net/noticias/facebook-vai-barrar-conteudo-inautentico-criado-por-ia/\">medidas para barrar conteúdo inautêntico criado por IA</a>. Antes, o YouTube começou a adotar <a href=\"https://tecnoblog.net/noticias/youtube-aperta-o-cerco-contra-videos-repetitivos-e-feitos-por-ia/\">ações no mesmo sentido</a>.</p>
<p>Contudo, todo o setor de IA da Meta está passando por uma reestruturação. @mattiasb It makes it so that you cannot rename a file across that mountpoint boundary, forcing move operations to copy the data instead.
