You know, I’ve only been drawn to birds and photography for a few years—three, to be exact. Just a couple of lifetimes ago, the only goose I paid attention to was Grey Goose (potio fortis). No addiction, just a ritual of quiet relaxation.
But times change. Life moves forward—so far, at least. These days, this is how I unwind: watching, witnessing, and capturing flight.
The image shows an Egyptian Goose (Alopochen aegyptiaca) I spotted flying over Texas—a graceful transplant from sub-Saharan Africa. A sovereign in motion, far from its ancestral wetlands, now gliding through southern skies like a mythic courier.

このクマの駆除をめぐり、地元の猟友会と副議長がトラブルに発展となりました。
関係者によりますと、到着した猟友会のハンターが、現場にいた副議長に声を掛けたといいます。
「誰ですか」
副議長と面識のなかったハンター。
これに対し。
「誰にモノを言ってるか」
現場にはクマの駆除や運び出しのため、１０人ほどのハンターが集まり、副議長に安全のため現場から離れるよう促します。
しかし、副議長は応じず、このように話したといいます。
「こんなに人数が必要なのか。金もらえるからだろ。俺にそんなことするなら駆除もさせないようにするし、議会で予算も減らすからな。辞めさせてやる」
このトラブルの後、一部のハンターから「駆除をやりたくない」という声があがったことから、猟友会は町からの出動要請に応じないことを決めました。”

Gustavino Bevilacqua • • •Comunque ti ringrazio per tutte le indicazioni; io non ho tempo di mettermi seriamente a ristudiare la lingua, chiedevo di serie tv, film o romanzi a cui dedicarmi in momenti di relax perché sarebbero gli unici momenti che avrei. Se volessi reperire seriamente risorse in francese su mille argomenti vari credo che ci sarebbe l'imbarazzo della scelta e saprei dove cercare. Ma non posso proprio mettermi a fare questa cosa adesso. Quello che posso fare però è ogni tanto, nei momenti liberi, guardarmi una cosa carina in francese.
