Il personale del liceo Einstein di Torino ha inviato a il manifesto una lettera in cui si denuncia da parte delle forze dell’ordine un «uso eccessivo della forza» avendo caricato «un gruppo di studenti assolutamente privi di qualsiasi arma o oggetto contundente», «una condotta non giustificata». I fatti sono quelli di lunedì scorso, quando almeno sei militanti di Gioventù Nazionale, il gruppo di estrema destra giovanile di Fdi, hanno distribuito volantini contro i «maranza» fuori dalla scuola, colpendo con calci e spintoni chi si rifiutava di prenderli o esprimeva idee contrarie al loro contenuto, come confermano diversi studenti a il manifesto.
L’azione era stata attenzionata alla questura che aveva deciso di inviare due camionette con più di 10 agenti in tenuta antisommossa. La lettera, con 40 firme in calce, chiede anche che siano chiariti due punti: quali sono «le notizie che hanno indotto le autorità di polizia a temere eventuali disordini durante una manifestazione che non c’è assolutamente stata» e in riferimento a un episodio simile, quello di un volantinaggio sempre di Gioventù Nazionale davanti al liceo artistico Primo (anche in quel caso studenti e docenti erano stati attaccati), chiedono «se anche in tale occasione le autorità di polizia abbiano avuto notizia di una fantomatica manifestazione».
Infine, i docenti ricordano il contenuto discriminatorio dei volantini, offensivo per i ragazzi immigrati o figlio di immigrati, in particolare maghrebini, molti dei quali frequentano il liceo, e ricordano i valori costituzionali della Repubblica antifascista e antirazzista. Intanto il preside in un primo momento ha evitato di prendere posizione «per evitare di fomentare il clima di tensione e scontro ideologico» ed escludeva «atti di aggressione fisica verso coloro che si rifiutavano di prendere i volantini». Di fronte agli studenti compatti che occupano da due giorni il liceo (decisione presa dall’80% degli alunni), anche il dirigente scolastico Michele Chiauzza ha chiesto che siano chiarite le circostanze di quanto accaduto e ha definito «una ferita profonda la visione di un nostro studente minorenne ammanettato».
Anche i genitori degli alunni si erano da subito esposti scrivendo una lettera firmata da oltre 120 persone che sottolinea come «nessuno ha provato a mediare, evitando che una scena così violenta e umiliante si consumasse davanti agli occhi delle studentesse e degli studenti». Il gruppo, che si è denominato Collettivo genitori Einstein”, sentito da il manifesto, chiede che venga acceso un faro intorno al tema dell’educazione al dissenso che nel periodo adolescenziale è sostanziale. La vicenda potrebbe portare conseguenze giudiziarie ai militanti di Gn che si sono resi protagonisti dell’azione: due studentesse, che hanno denunciato di essere state molestate con palpeggiamenti, hanno deciso di rivolgersi agli avvocati. Il gruppo di estrema destra bolla il tutto come «accuse totalmente false» e avverte che si tutelerà nelle sedi legali.
